Security without pain

Highest levels of security are used at an enterprise level, for facilities with critical security needs. Standard security schemes apply on menu bars and mode of application, all based on a user and role assignment.

For example, customers may be allowed to send Work Order Requests and periodically check the status of their request without contacting the maintenance department, saving you time and money.

Security can be set in place so that only authorised users can create, edit or delete records. User access to fmWEB is restricted to only the information contained in the requested page, as set out by their assigned role.

At a database level, all records are logged against the user, and he has access to only the data he is specifically authorized to see. This allows the administration of serveral facilities within one single database.
